¡Arriba... a margarita is waiting for you OR make your own.

1 1/2 parts Silver Tequila
1/2 part Triple Sec Liqueur
1 part Lime Juice
1/2 part Simple Syrup
Lime for garnish

*Combine all ingredients in mixing glass and shake vigorously with ice
*Strain over fresh ice in glass
*Garnish with a lime wheel or wedge on the rim and serve
*Salt optional (remember your pressure)

mint julep anyone?

4 to 5 mint sprigs (leaves only)
2 sugar cubes (or 1/2 ounce simple mint syrup)
2 1/2 ounces bourbon whiskey
Garnish: mint sprig

Gather the ingredients.
Place the mint leaves and sugar or simple syrup into a julep cup, collins glass, or double old-fashioned glass.

Muddle well to dissolve the sugar and release the oil and aroma of the mint.

Add the bourbon.

Fill with crushed ice and stir well until the glass becomes frosty.

Garnish with a mint sprig.

Serve with a straw and enjoy!
