SEMINAR SPOTLIGHT | PASTOR JEREMIAH BAKER 🙌

Journey Church Lead Pastor Jeremiah Baker is passionate about helping people know Jesus, grow in their faith, and live with purpose. Growing up in a pastor’s home, he sensed the call of God on his life at a young age and has now served in full-time ministry for 27 years through worship and preaching ministry.

Pastor Jeremiah and his wife, Victoria, are blessed with three children, and together their heart is to love God, love people, and see lives transformed through the power of Jesus Christ.
Servant leadership is the model of leadership Jesus demonstrated through humility, compassion, and service to others. Jesus taught that true greatness comes through serving, and He lived this example through His love, sacrifice, and care for people.

In the church, servant leadership strengthens unity, builds trust, and encourages spiritual growth by lifting up and empowering others rather than seeking personal recognition. In the community, it reflects the heart of Christ through generosity, integrity, compassion, and genuine care for people. Through servant leadership, believers can make a lasting impact that points others back to Jesus the greatest servant of all.

SEMINAR SPOTLIGHT! 🙌

CJ Fussell | Next Gen Boys

CJ serves as the Director of The Cove Refuge Campus. He is married to Bethany Fussell, and together they have a dog named Brooke. CJ is a graduate of InCharacter School of Ministry and has spent the past 12 years serving in youth ministry.

CJ is passionate about seeing teenagers encounter Jesus in a real and personal way while helping them grow deeper in their relationship with Him. Outside of ministry, he enjoys sports, video games, disc golf, and spending time with others.

Seminar: NextGen Boys

This breakout session will focus on learning to rely on the Holy Spirit and understanding that we were never meant to do life in our own strength. Young men will be encouraged to find confidence and identity in Christ rather than trying to carry every burden alone.

Using passages such as 2 Corinthians 12:9–10 and Mark 9, CJ will challenge students to embrace God’s strength in their weakness and pursue a deeper dependence on Jesus every day.

We are excited to welcome Kary Garretson to Engage Fest 2026!

Kary is a speaker, writer, minister, pastor’s wife, and founder of Made for More Women’s Restoration Home. Through her own powerful testimony of God’s faithfulness, she passionately shares the freedom, healing, and identity found in Jesus Christ.

Having experienced both the beauty and brokenness within the Church, Kary carries a deep burden to see people set free from empty religion and awakened to the abundant life Jesus came to give. Her messages are marked by authenticity, biblical truth, and a genuine love for people.

Alongside her husband, Chris, she pastors Redefined Community Church in Martinsburg, PA, and serves women through the ministry of Made for More, helping them encounter the transforming power of Jesus and discover who they were created to be.

Join us as Kary shares her testimony and encourages us to pursue the freedom, purpose, and life found only in Christ.

Week 1 of Saturate Altoona is in the books! 🙌

We’re so thankful for the opportunity to be part of what God is doing in our community. This week we had the privilege of setting up, meeting so many incredible people, hearing stories, sharing conversations, and connecting with those around us.

Thank you to everyone who stopped by our booth to hear more about ENGAGE 2026! we loved getting to know you! We’re excited for the weeks ahead and all that God has in store.
