One detail couples don’t always think to ask when touring venues: Who’s actually on-site on wedding day?

Our team is visible, professional, and connected… logo uniforms, radios, and a mix of skills so we can step in, support vendors, keep things moving, and solve problems before you even know about them.

Not every venue staffs events this way, and that’s okay. It simply means some couples may want to supplement with additional support or adjust expectations around on-site assistance.

No right or wrong. Just details worth knowing before you book.

Some of our favorite floral elements from Emily & Cody’s August wedding. The contrast of the deep greenery with white and blue florals paired so beautifully with the warm rich tones of the wood all throughout the barn and then outside… that bright blue sky was the perfect ceremony accessory!
