Every float starts with a simple idea.

Sometimes it begins with a sketch on paper.
Sometimes it’s a group saying, “We could build something fun.”

School groups. Local clubs. Businesses. Neighbors working together.

That’s how the Conejo Valley Days Parade fills the route with color, creativity, and a little personality from every corner of the community.

If you’re joining with a float, start with the idea. The rest comes together from there.

It starts with a lot of conversations.

Local groups signing up.
Businesses offering support.
Volunteers helping organize details.

Piece by piece, it turns into a morning where the whole Conejo Valley shows up.

That’s the part most people don’t see.

But it’s what makes parade day possible.

Our NEW Conejo Valley Days Parade Mascot finally has a name. 🥳🎉

Meet Ringo.

The winning name came from Ms. Edward’s 2nd Grade Class at Maple Elementary, and we loved it right away.

Thank you to everyone who sent in mascot name ideas. It was great seeing the community get involved.

You’ll be seeing Ringo around the parade as we get closer to May 17 at 9am
