I couldn’t be prouder of my brother, Raymond “Nick” Cruz, and his iconic Big Ray’s Fish Camp ()! 🎣🔥 Michelin just named it one of Tampa’s top new restaurant additions to the 2025 Florida Michelin Guide, and honestly… it’s about time!
I still remember when renowned food critic Laura Reiley (.laura) wrote the very first full review of Big Ray’s in the Tampa Bay Times, raving about the legendary grouper sandwich and how my brother was “doing seafood right.” That review set the stage for what was to come, and today, Big Ray’s is officially Michelin-recognized!
