Beautiful day at yesterday! We started off with a 30 minute flow to open the shoulders and awaken the body. Then we spent an hour sipping kombucha mocktails, enjoying treats and great company and making macrame plant hangers. Everyone took home a completed piece with plant included and I think they just turned out so beautiful!

Spring Awakening yoga and macrame combo next Sunday! Cannot wait for this combo. Bringing my two loves together for one special workshop at

First we’ll open our bodies and minds with a 30 minute yoga flow, then we’ll get crafty with our hands and making macrame plant hangers. Each person will take home their macrame piece complete with a potted plant. We will enjoy kombucha mocktails and light bites while we create.

So excited to announce our 🌍 Day BOGO on upcoming May classes. Honestly offering these classes at a BOGO is a little crazy but I know things be tough out here lately and I want the community to be able to come together and make some pretty things!

As some of you may know, I don’t only teach creative craft workshops. My first love of bringing people together and teaching started with yoga. Though creating with our hands and moving with our breath may look like different practices, they share similar benefits. Both activities encourage present-moment awareness, boost fine motor control, and stimulate cognitive function, acting as therapeutic tools to balance the mind and body.

In this special workshop we will be blending the two, starting with a 30 minute moving mediation, then you will roll your mats aside and be guided through creating your own macrame plant hanger to take home.

All supplies, guidance, a potted plant, light drinks and bites are included as well as the yoga class.

Sounds like a pretty great way to spend the afternoon if you ask me! Tickets are available via the link in our bio. Hope you can join us for this special class!
