Shadow Realm’s final VA appearance of the year is at the one and only NekoCon!

This supergroup of dedicated musicians turns iconic anime themes into a full-blown live rock experience, transforming your favorite openings and endings into a jaw-dropping show you’ll feel in your chest.

With a rotating lineup of powerhouse vocalists handpicked to honor each original series, Shadow Realm is the live soundtrack to Western anime culture, from classics like Naruto and Dragon Ball to modern hits like Jujutsu Kaisen and Attack on Titan. Get ready to sing, scream, and lose your voice, because when Shadow Realm hits the stage at Nekocon, it’s not just a concert, it’s an anime OP come to life.

We’re excited to welcome back RedHinata as one of our featured cosplay guests for Anime Night this Saturday!

Returning as a guest after joining us at our Virginia Beach event last November, she became one of the creators we knew we wanted to work with again. We’re always excited to bring back familiar faces who help make Anime Night special, and we’re thrilled to have her returning to Norfolk.

Red has been cosplaying since 2013 and has built a reputation for creating incredible budget-friendly cosplays that prove creativity and passion matter far more than a big budget. Her work has been featured twice in Cosplay Realm Magazine, and she has also earned a Judges’ Award for her craftsmanship and dedication to the hobby.

She last appeared as Mitsuri Kanroji from Demon Slayer, and to this day is one of our favorite cosplays of the character we’ve seen. She brought her recognizable hairstyle and coloring to life in a very natural way, and remains one of the most impressive wig stylings we’ve seen. We can’t wait to see what cosplay she has in store for Saturday!

Baltimore, we’re excited to introduce another incredible cosplay guest joining us this Friday!

Please welcome reagan to Anime Night as one of our featured guests cosplaying as Agnes Tachyon from Uma Musume!

Cosplaying since 2015, Reagan specializes in wig styling and sewing, combining technical craftsmanship with a passion for bringing anime characters to life. Their dedication to the art has earned them “Best Novice at MiryokuCon 2025” along with multiple Judges’ Choice Awards for dance covers, showcasing talent both on and off the stage.

When reviewing applications for Baltimore, their work immediately stood out to our team and quickly became one of our favorites. With a love for series like Madoka Magica, Love Live, and Kill la Kill, they embody the creativity and artistic expression that make the cosplay community so special, and we’re thrilled to have them join us this Friday.

We’re excited to introduce our next guest joining us this coming Saturday for Anime Night - Norfolk, please welcome ℜ𝔞𝔦𝔫🦇🖤!

Known as Rain, she specializes in horror cosplay, prop crafting, and special effects makeup, embracing everything dark, creepy, and spooky. While her work often explores the horror genre, she’s equally passionate about anime and the creativity that cosplay allows her to express.

For Rain, the creation process is the most rewarding part of cosplay. From building intricate props to transforming into unforgettable characters, she loves bringing her ideas to life—even when the process gets challenging.

Her love for anime began with Dragon Ball Z and Naruto which she first watched alongside her dad. As an adult she’s a fan of series like Vampire Hunter D, Death Note, Jujutsu Kaisen, and Hellsing Ultimate. Beyond cosplay, she also enjoys drawing, painting, reading, and spending time with friends.

Rain’s talent has earned her multiple awards at GalaxyCon and Animate After Dark competitions, as well as cosplay runway honors at other conventions. She’s even had the opportunity to serve as a cosplay contest judge, making her a perfect addition to panel at our exhibition.

Baltimore, it’s almost time to return! ✨

One of our favorite parts of Anime Night is getting to introduce our community to incredible artists, and there’s no better place to start than with our friends at DreamDarkoShop!

As a traveling anime event, we meet artists from all over the country, but the first time we came across the Dream Darko team in Baltimore, they immediately set the standard for what we look for in a featured artist. Their work captures the characters we all know and love with an unmistakable style, transforming them into peeker decals, stickers, charms, and so much more.

Whether you’re looking to decorate your car, ita bag, or collection shelf, there’s a good chance you’ll leave their booth with something you didn’t know you needed. We’re incredibly excited to have them joining us again and can’t wait for all of you to see their work in person next Friday.

Anime Night is back in Norfolk on Saturday, June 20th, and we’re continuing to reveal the incredible cosplay talent joining us for our return to Virginia!

Next up is someone many of you may already recognize. Please welcome back , appearing as Gyro Zeppeli from JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure!

Claudia has been part of Anime Night since our very first event in Norfolk and has participated in our cosplay exhibition from the very beginning. Over the years, it has been an absolute pleasure watching her return event after event with new cosplays, new ideas, and continued growth as an artist. She finally earned 2nd Place at our Virginia Beach exhibition last November—a well deserved achievement for someone who has been part of this community since day one.

Claudia has been cosplaying for 10 years and specializes in makeup and wig styling, while recently beginning to explore creating more of her own costumes. Her favorite anime include One Piece, Kill la Kill, and Fullmetal Alchemist: Brotherhood, and we’re excited to see her bring one of JoJo’s most iconic characters to our event!

We’re excited to welcome to Anime Night - Norfolk for their very first appearance with us!

Specializing in Japanese and anime-inspired handmade goods, Kawaii Kraft Smith creates a wide variety of stickers, keychains, earrings, prints, and collectibles for anime and gaming fans alike.

What immediately caught our attention, however, were their incredible Pokémon terrariums! These handcrafted miniature displays transform beloved characters into tiny scenes full of personality and charm. From our classic starters to fan-favorite Pokémon, each piece feels like a little snapshot from its own adventure.

We love to feature unique products at Anime Night, and once we saw these it was one of the easiest “yes’s” we’ve ever given. We’re thrilled to have them joining us a featured artist and can’t wait for all of you to see their work in person.
