Congratulations to Hulbert boys cross country!

Hulbert Boys Cross Country Team heading to State!!!

Today at the Regional Cross Country Meet, our boys finished 4th overall, with Landon placing 5th individually! What an accomplishment for a team that’s just getting started.

A huge thank you to Coach Roger McClure and Coach Jose McClure for leading the way and helping build this program from the ground up!

Our girls did not compete today, but we’re proud of all our Rider runners.

Junior Jacey McGee and Senior Milo Turman. Congratulations on this achievement! Your hard work is paying off!

On October 24th, Jacey and Milo will compete in the 4A OSSAA State Cross Country meet at Carl Albert High School in Midwest City, OK!

Jacey is a 3x State qualifier, while Milo will be competing at State for the first time. Keep up the excellent work!

Great job to the entire Stilwell Indians Cross Country team. The boys narrowly missed qualifying after placing 8th. The top 6 schools advance to the next level.

Division 3 Top Performance.

The Cleora Cardinals boys' and girls' teams have both claimed the 2026 D3 State Cross Country championships. Well done!

A huge shoutout to Chris Clouse from Kenwood for his outstanding performance in the 2400 meters race, where he recorded an impressive time of 8:21. When all the running times are considered, he stands out as the fastest across all divisions. Well done, Chris!

Lydia Hancox from Hodgen for securing first place in the girls' D3 cross country state meet with a time of 9:41. Well done!

Hats off to all the runners who participated in the State XC competition! 🏃🏽‍♂️ 🏃🏽‍♀️

2026 ORES STATE CROSS COUNTRY.
Division 2 Top Performance.

Congratulations to the Denison Wildcats for winning the D2 cross country state championship! The Darlington Lady Chiefs also celebrate their inaugural D2 cross country state title.

Brantley Bullock from Denison wins the boys' 2400-meter run, finishing with a time of 9:01. Meanwhile, Kamryn Hobia from Pleasant Grove secured victory in the girls' D2 cross country 2400-meter run, completing it in 9:46.

The Oakdale Boys and Girls, both claims State Champions! A big congratulations to the Oakdale Rockets! 🚀

You may recognize the name: 8th grader Jovanni Falcon from Briggs School proudly earned a gold medal with a remarkable time of 8:30 in the boys' Division 1 cross country race, covering 2400 meters run (1.5 miles).

In the girls' Division 1 cross country race, 7th grader Sveta Hepler from Justus Tiawah claimed victory with a time of 9:13 in the 2400 meters run.

Tomorrow, junior high school students will participate in the ORES State Cross Country event at North Rock Creek School in Shawnee, OK. Runners918 sends best wishes to all competitors—good luck and give it your best! I wish I could attend, but I have to be at the Chile Pepper Festival run for high school tomorrow.

I attended the Tenkiller cross country meet held at Lake Tenkiller on Tuesday, September 22nd. The races featured participants from 3rd through 8th grades. First off, I want to commend all the runners for their efforts at the meet! Whether you ran the entire course or walked a significant portion of it, what matters most is that you completed it and persevered! Well done! There were many talented runners and impressive times. The 3rd to 6th graders ran a distance of 1 mile, while the 7th and 8th graders tackled 1.5 miles. Keep up the excellent work, and I wish everyone a fantastic cross country season! 🏃🏽‍♀️🏃🏽‍♂️
