There’s no school today, so J is learning a new craft skill! He loves arts and crafts of all types right now, so he’s working on a little loom to get him started into fiber arts a little more 😍 Current project - the biggest snake possible!

The market is closed for rain and wind today, but I’m still doing my best to get a ton of work done in the time I would have been out there! I’ve finished the baby hat orders I was working on, and now I’m starting this huge pile of things I need to stuff and finish. How much of it do you think I’ll get done???

Don’t mind me, just over here trying to get my act together!

I’m about to be swamped with markets, so I’m taking a moment to figure out what the heck I even still need to do in between traffic cone hat orders and my kids being sick/getting me sick 😭

Come out and see me at the farmers market Sundays 10/11 and 10/25, or at the Bowling Green Harvest Festival Saturday 10/17!

The ever benevolent god of arts and crafts has bestowed upon me a boon this day! If you’re looking at this picture and thinking “Nicole, why does it look like you ordered the same handful of floss twice?”, the answer is that I have not!

Somehow, someway, after taking a trip all the way around Virginia for the last several days, TWO separate packages arrived today! One was a box that was much too small, and one was a bag that was much too big. Both contained the exact same order 😂 Both of them started out only 30 minutes away from me, looped around literally the whole state, and then inexplicably made it here together. Anyway, the glow in the dark floss is friggen expensive so I’m not mad about it 🤣

Two down! Taking a quick break to fill an online order for some baby cone hats, then I’ll be back to the cross stitch side of things again!

09/29/2026

One down, as many as I can get done before the Harvest Festival left to go!

09/28/2026

Finally getting back to basics with some cross stitch! It’s been a minute 😅

I’ve done a lot of crochet lately just based on what folks have been ordering from me and what I’ve had time for, but I’m going to be intentionally spending some time this week restocking some old favorites before the Bowling Green Harvest Festival in October!

Happy happy birthday to the best operations manager a girl could ask for! I am so blessed to have this guy’s support, and I am so grateful for everything he does, not just for my business, but for our whole family. Love you!!

He’s picked a few things that he loves in the shop to put on sale for the whole week, so go check them out!
