The show will have a competition that includes Profession, Semi-Professional, Amateur & Children Levels. Some of the categories include Fondant Wedding Cakes, Buttercream Wedding Cakes, Themed Cakes, Sculpted Cakes and Non-Cake (Cake Pops, Cupcakes & Chocolate Covered Oreo) categories. With levels from children to professional, I am confident you will find a place to show off your edible art! The Show will benefit Icing Smiles and Sweet Celebrations, two local organizations dedicated to enriching children’s lives through delectable cakes and desserts. In addition, it aims to share the love of the confectionary arts with people of all ages by showcasing the Midwest’s incredible talent.
