I’m looking for 10 women who are ready to commit to 40 days of growing in both their yoga practice and prayer life.

Each day, I’ll share a yoga pose, Scripture, and prayer as we create a simple daily rhythm of slowing down, moving our bodies, and intentionally spending time with God.

Monday Lunchtime Zoom Calls:
• September 21
• October 5
• October 19
• November 2

These lunchtime Zoom calls will give us a chance to connect, check in, pray together, and encourage one another throughout our 40 days.

You do NOT need to attend the Zoom calls to be part of this journey. They are completely optional, but definitely encouraged! Come when you can. 🤍

This isn’t about doing everything perfectly. It’s about creating a simple daily rhythm:

POSE → SCRIPTURE → PRAY → PAUSE

Just 10–15 minutes a day intentionally connecting movement with prayer.

Working on more Yoga Sculpt classes for you all and I’m so excited for what’s to come! 🔥
