The IASCOE Awards Luncheon was held on Monday, March 23rd.

2026 Illinois NASCOE Distinguished Service Award Service to FSA - Agriculture: Ron Burling, retired CED from Grundy County. Ron also won the 2026 Midwest Area Award!

2026 Illinois NASCOE Distinguish Service Award - Service to NASCOE: Tammy Morrison, Clark County PA.

Traditional Scholarship Illinois Award Winners are:
Ryleigh Swanson - daughter of Danielle Martin from Henry County.

Hailey Tordai - daughter of Renee Tordai from Iroquois County.

Jean French, Illinois State Office Deputy State Executive Director, presented winners from the District Ballot Box Competition to Marion County and Cumberland County.

Jean French also presented Charlene Neukomm, retired DD, with a plaque recognizing her 37 years of service as of May 2025.

Congratulations to all the award winners and scholarship winners. You are all well deserved of winning, and thank you for your service and dedication!

We’re already looking ahead—and next year, IASCOE is hitting the road! We’ll be exploring a new location for the 2027 convention, and we can’t wait to share more details soon!
