🇺🇸 What if America stopped choosing between two parties and started choosing to work together?
Dougie doesn’t believe in deciding who should lead this country based solely on a two-party system of Republicans versus Democrats. I believe we need a different approach: Co-Presidents of the United States.
Here’s an example: Let’s say 2028 comes around and Republicans elect Ron DeSantis while Democrats elect Josh Shapiro.
Instead of choosing one over the other, both would serve as Co-Presidents. Ron would represent one side of the country, Josh would represent the other, and both would be responsible for leading our nation together.
Imagine a system where neither party gets to have all the power. Both sides are forced to communicate, compromise, negotiate, and put the American people ahead of party politics.
We don’t need more division. We need leadership, accountability, and cooperation.
Maybe it’s time to stop asking which party wins and start asking how America wins. 🇺🇸
