JUST ANNOUNCED: Sh!t-Faced Shakespeare is coming to Hamilton and Toronto in November! An entirely serious production of William Shakespeare’s Macbeth with an entirely sh*t-faced cast member.
Fresh from battle, the warrior Macbeth is given a supernatural prophecy that leads him on a path of murderous ambition and insanity- a path enjoined by the ruthless Lady Macbeth. They strew the Scottish countryside with bodies until their brutal, wicked end. Nothing that couldn’t be solved with a few cocktails!

Boston, MA, 5/10/2026 - For over a decade, Sh*t-faced Shakespeare has been offering Boston 60-70 minute shows of unparalleled chaos. In that time, we have developed local Boston talent and taken our boozy, b***y brilliance on the road and packed venues from Portland to Palm Beach.

But these shows are longer- they even have a (gasp) INTERMISSION! And now for the first time in Boston we are putting up our version of what we do on the road. MACBETH is our touring show for the 26-27 season and we are doing a limited run of it this June at The Rockwell. We can’t say for certain that it will be twice as good as our hour-long shows but it will be roughly twice as long, and length is important to some people. Raising a glass, raising Hell, baring our bottoms (occasionally), these are the things we are good at! Over-charging our fans is not. Tickets are $37.88 -$43 - affordability has ALWAYS been a priority for us! Fridays will be 18+ if you happen to be a college student looking for SOMETHING to do when the relatives come to visit.
