Join us for the annual Airing of the Quilts and the Smithville Garden Club Home Tour! Stroll historic Main Street to see beautiful quilts displayed in front of our historic buildings.

Ride the train to churches displaying quilts in their sanctuaries. Tour several lovely historic homes throughout Smithville. Stop by and visit the Railroad Museum too! Shop, dine and enjoy historic Smithville. A BIG small-town experience!

The chamber is accepting vendors to setup along main street and in front of the chamber and Railroad Museum.

Come take a walk along our historic Main St, view the beautiful quilts that are hung on Main St and all around town on Saturday, November 11, 2023.

Quilt Scavenger Hunt: can you find ALL of the quilts displayed around town, or on porches?

Smithville Garden Club Presents the Historic Tour of Homes -five historic homes and a beautiful church. Email Smithville Garden Club [email protected] Tickets are $15 and may be purchased at the Chamber office, any Garden Club member or on the day of the event.

The Smithville Stitcher’s Quilt Guild will hold a Quilt Show from 10am to 4pm at the Smithville Church of Christ, 1416 E. Whitehead Street. Free Admission, Free Gift for Attendees, Door Prizes, Light Refreshments, Vendors, Bed Turning, Quilts in the Sanctuary.
