Siouxperman Triathlon

Siouxperman Triathlon The Siouxperman Triathlon consists of an indoor 300-yard swim, 25K bike & 5K run. Join us Saturday, May 2, 2026, in Sioux Center, IA for the race!

The Siouxperman Triathlon is an annual sprint triathlon held in Sioux Center, IA, usually the first Saturday in May and occasionally the last Saturday in April. The event consists of an indoor 300-yard swim, 25K bike & 5K run. The swim and transition area are in the state-of-the-art All Seasons Center. You can compete as an individual or as a member of a relay team. The All Seasons Center pool is

a 6 lane pool and is supervised by lifeguards. Lap counters will be provided. Swimmers swim a total of 300 yards and remain in their lanes from start to finish. The 25K bike will be an out and back course. The course gently rolls through the Midwest’s finest and friendliest farm country. The 5K run will be on a hard surfaced bike trail. The course gently weaves through several of the beautiful, shaded, flat and friendly residential areas in Sioux Center.

The Siouxperman Triathlon would not happen without people willing to give their time to others. From volunteers doing traffic control to the water station to emergency responders to handing out medals and bananas, you are the heart of this event. Thanks especially to the Sioux Center Police Department, Sioux Center Ambulance, Sioux County, Iowa Emergency Management, and Sioux County Sheriff - your presence prioritizes safety for every participant.

Packet pickup tomorrow (Friday), 4:30-6:30 p.m. at the All Seasons Center - Siouxnami Waterpark and Vernon Arena.
Registration and same-day packet pickup opens at 6:30 a.m. Saturday, May 2 at the All Seasons Center.
Pre-race meeting at 7:45 a.m.
Race begins at 8 a.m.
