We had a blast throwing down at the boil this year — from backyard Eye Pong battles to bottomless crawfish and good company all around.

Massive shoutout to the BOIL CREW for sweating it out behind the scenes and keeping the good vibes flowing.

Boil #3. 2/15/25

When Mother Nature didn’t ask what my plans were for the weekend.

Portland got slammed with snow/ice shutting shipping down. My 30 pounds of crawfish coming from Louisiana crawfish company, lost in transit, showed up the following Tuesday with a bunch of dead crawdaddy’s. LCC was great and gave me the refund.

We hit the pivot and went with a seafood boil. Dungeness crab, lobster and shrimp.
