We had so much fun at bingo last night that we decided to up the ante and do $1,000.00 in CASH PRIZES TONIGHT! Games start at 6:00 at the fire station!

The countdown is on! Just a little over 12 hours until registration opens for the 2nd Annual Hometown Heroes 5K Run/Walk! Here is what you need to know:

Registration will take place in front of the Shawneetown Library and begins at 6:30 am. Pre-registrants AND new registrants need to check in here!

The race will begin promptly at 8:00 am with the awards ceremony following immediately after the race!

The route map is pictured below. Look for our red/white/blue pinwheel markers along the route.

The race WILL CONTINUE if it is raining. The race will only be postponed in the event of a severe weather situation that would pose a safety hazard for our participants!

DUE TO THE HIGH DEMAND WE ARE GOING TO START THE MEET AND GREAT EARLIER TO TRY TO ACCOMMODATE ALL THE PEOPLE. ...WILL BEGIN AT 130PM TILL ?5PM? SATURDAY THE 7TH. THIS WILL BE HELD AT THE CITY HALL 330 N LINCOLN BLVD EAST. PLEASE BE CONSIDERATE TO THE OTHER FANS AND HAVE A GOOD TIME.....
