⚠️ IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT ⚠️

After closely monitoring the forecast and out of concern for the safety of our contestants, spectators, volunteers, and sponsors, we have made the difficult decision to postpone the Sedalia Sausage Slam due to the threat of severe weather.

While we’re disappointed to delay the battle, safety must come first.

We are currently working to secure a new date and will share updates as soon as possible. All contestant registrations and sponsorships will be honored for the rescheduled event.

We appreciate everyone’s support, understanding, and excitement for this inaugural event. The showdown isn’t canceled—it’s just delayed.

🌭 The hot dogs will still be eaten.
🏆 The trophies will still be awarded.
❤️ The proceeds will still benefit Retrieving Freedom.

Stay tuned for updates, and thank you for sticking with us.

🔥 This isn’t lunch. This is battle. (Just not today.)
