This deliciously tasty Waterloo Ranch Steak Salad has arrived at Hollywood Tavern.

This salad is packed with 8 oz. of sumac-crusted Waterloo Ranch beef, cooked medium-rare and served over lacinato kale and quinoa tossed in a brand-new house-made Gorgonzola dressing. Itโ€™s finished with roasted cherry tomatoes, pickled red onion, toasted pistachios, and a little extra Gorgonzola for good measure.

Sourdough Willyโ€™s artisan pizzas are baked crisp to perfection and served with pizza scissors, so you can cut those slices exactly as you want them (just like they do in Italy!)

Dungeness crab is in season, local craft b**r is flowing, and La Connerโ€™s waterfront becomes the setting for two events centered on Skagit Valley food and drink: Skagit Tidewater Boil and Skagit Farm to Pint FEST.

Both events benefit Genuine Skagit Valley (GSV), a program designed to increase consumer awareness and consumption of Skagit Valley agricultural-related products and services.
