This is going to be awesome. The idea is to keep it very casual and light hearted. Just two chefs having a great time talking and cooking.
The Breakdown- I come to your place at the time you choose. We set up in the dining room and just Talk..in front of the camera I'll ask you a couple questions about you and your Culinary Journey, Past and future plans just have fun with it, nothing scripted. After that you and I will go back into the kitchen and prepare one dish of your choice ...Whatever you want, it could be a menu item or one of your favorites. After that we go back to the dining area and enjoy your dish. All in.... about two hours. I will then take that footage and edit it to about a 45 min segment and then drop it on both Facebook and YouTube. The idea is to celebrate you as a Chef and your Establishment as a great dining destination. OHANA Means "Family" and true family goes beyond blood but the spirit. As you all know our FAMILY in Maui is struggling to survive. On October 21st at the Scottsdale Resort and Spa, Malama Maui AZ is putting on a benefit concert to raise money for our OHANA in Maui.

Well Phoenix after days of even weeks of pondering this decission it is with a heavy heart that I tell you I am retiring from Phoenix Knife Fight its been an incredible three seasons. I would like to express how greatful I am for all the support and all the relationships that have been formed from this endeavour. As well a huge shout out to Tucson Knife Fight for the inspiration to even start this thing. If anyone would like to pick up the torch please message me I am happy to meet with you to go over all the details as well I would donate ALL the supplies used for each battle, Tables , Burners, cookware etc. Phoenix Knife Fight will always be there alive in the community I love.
