The Bible says "be still" in Psalm 46:10 and other passages, encouraging people to pause and reflect, and to trust in God.

Yoga 🧘🏾‍♀️ has been a gift to my life ever since I stepped out of fear and stepped into possibility 7 years ago when I began my own practice and teaching. As I taught my private yoga lesson today I reflected 🤔

Yoga teaches us to be still and reflect 😔. As I reflect on how good God has been to me even when I didn't deserve it still leaves me in awww of my father. For God is our author, not man.
