I came out of retirement to work on a wedding for dear old friends. The father of the bride built this wedding arch and his wife held the role of fabric while he placed it artfully around his creation and I added flowers. The bride crocheted and designed her own wedding dress, did her own wedding hair and designed most of the floral centerpieces. The mother of the bride also did several floral creations which I will share when I get photos. Just got home from Vashon Island attending a two day workshop with Francoise Weeks and Rebecca Raymond in a garden on the beach with mermaids everywhere,- so I went with it and made a mermaid driftwood piece. More photos to come of this magical weekend!
