Join us for a heartfelt celebración de vida as we honor Rudy Cordova — a man whose pasión, corazón, and dedication helped shape Santa Ana’s cultura and community.

With food, música, and unity, we come together to remember his spirit and the love he poured into this city.

On Monday, November 17, we’ll come together to honor and celebrate Rudy’s life — the laughs, the love, and all the memories he left with us.

His journey wasn’t easy, but he faced it with puro corazón. To help his family with medical and funeral costs, we’ve created a GoFundMe — any support, prayers, or shares mean everything right now.

Rudy will always be remembered for the way he made people feel — con alegría, con respeto, y con amor. His spirit lives on in all of us. 🕊️

Santa Ana lost a true legend. Rudy Cordova, founder of Viva La Vida Santa Ana, passed away on November 4. Rudy was the heart of our community — a visionary, creator, and friend who inspired countless people through his passion and love for cultura. From Calacas to Cafe Calacas to Santos Pizza, he built spaces that brought people together and celebrated everything that makes Santa Ana special. Viva La Vida would not exist without his dream and dedication to honoring our roots.

We want to thank everyone who has impacted Rudy’s life and those who have reached out with love and support. He leaves behind three sons who deeply appreciate the outpouring of kindness and will continue to honor him by keeping his dreams alive.

His spirit will live on in every altar, every smile, and every moment of unity he helped create. Rest in peace, Rudy — Santa Ana will always remember you. 💀🕯️🖤

Santa Ana lost a true legend. Rudy Cordova, founder of Viva La Vida Santa Ana, passed away on November 4. This year, we continue the tradition with even deeper meaning. Though the celebration will be more intimate, its heart remains strong — filled with love, remembrance, and unity.
