We're excited to partner with Dianna Barbiani and The Rep Academy to provide a 5-day, hands-on entrepreneurship experience for all high school students and recent graduates!

💡 Over five action-packed sessions, students will explore:
~ Business model building using Lean Canvas
~ Design Thinking for real-world problem solving
~ The essentials of business licenses and permits
~ Pricing strategies and product/service value
~ Customer discovery, marketing basics, and more

We’re not just teaching. We’re igniting purpose, confidence, and possibility.
🗣️ We’ll also feature inspiring guest speakers, entrepreneurs with lived experience, so students see what's truly possible for their future.

This summer session is just the beginning. We envision a full-year series to dive deeper into each topic and continue mentoring students who want to create their own paths.
Let’s raise a generation that doesn’t just look for jobs, but creates them.

💙⚔️💙 🌟 For the past four years, Sand Dog Solutions has been a proud supporter of Starry Knights, the live theatre program at San Marcos HS.

At this end of this 2025-26 season, we would like to acknowledge the efforts, which is such a weak word to describe all that Mrs. Sonja Hershkowitz and Mrs Kate Brodkin do for our drama students and this program. From teaching, scheduling, finding festivals and field trips, auditioning, directing students in performances and tech, choreography, teaching dramaturgy, and the like, these educators have provided a well rounded drama education.

As Senior parents, we know for our Seniors (pictured here with Mrs H and Mrs B) the foundation provided will always be a treasured part of their time as a Knight.

Congratulations Starry Knights and Mrs H and Mrs B on a fantastic season, we look forward to supporting and watching your performances in the years to come. 🌟💙⚔️💙

At the end of Day 3, I’d say I’ve only covered 15% of the show floor, it really is an incredibly large trade show. Most of the day I enjoyed in depth talking to exhibitors, learning about themselves and their products, which is always a delight to me (and always nice to run into my neighbor Chris who is at TekWeld) Can’t wait to share knowledge and samples with my customers. Fun times ahead!
