Originally founded in Chicago’s Old Town, Kamehachi became known as Chicago’s first sushi restaurant and has built a reputation for high-quality ingredients, meticulous preparation, and authentic Japanese cuisine.
VIP Front Row Bento Box by Itoko
Located in Chicago’s Southport Corridor, Itoko is a neighborhood Japanese and robata restaurant from Gene Kato, Executive Chef of Momotaro.
Meaning “cousin” in Japanese, Itoko reflects its connection to Momotaro while bringing its own distinct take on Japanese dining.
VIP Sky Suite by Roka Akor Chicago
Located in Chicago’s River North, Roka Akor is modern in approach and Japanese in spirit, with a contemporary, chef-driven menu centered around its signature robata grill.
Known for its polished sushi program and thoughtful preparation, Roka Akor is taking over the dining experience inside our VIP Sky Suite.
Expect all-inclusive sushi hand-rolled throughout the experience, including temaki, nigiri, maki + more.
