Meet Stephanie Blake — member of the XH Mastermind, and the force behind the revival of Jack’s, one of San Francisco’s oldest restaurants.

A century ago, this was a room where leaders sketched the city’s future over dinner and sealed deals on cocktail napkins. Today, Stephanie and her team are bringing it back to life as a home for the conversations that matter most - human to human, without the distractions of our devices.

During our San Francisco Assembly, we had the opportunity to gather in this remarkable space. Over ice-cold Jack’s martinis and a four-course Jeffersonian dinner, we gathered at tables of six to talk about the new frontier: the future of how we connect in a world being reshaped by AI.

Some rooms hold history. The best ones keep making it. 🥂

🪞 A workshop hosted by on the art of giving and receiving feedback
🛍️ An immersive session on personal expression and aesthetics, hosted by .verse - complete with a thrifting adventure through the Mission
🍸 A Jeffersonian dinner at Jack’s - the historic SF institution & Skylight are breathing new life into - exploring the theme “The New Frontier”
🧺 A picnic in iconic Dolores Park
🪩 A “pocket world” takeover of a secret SF experiential hub involving acoustic serenades, a vanishing speakeasy, magic, and more

We’re honored to be on this year-long journey with such an illustrious group of 35 humans.

The XH Mastermind is an inner circle for well-established experience designers, community builders, and entrepreneurs crafting experiences for a more connected and human world. This edition is no exception — within this group we have:

Experience House began as a month-long residency. From the very beginning, we’ve believed that depth over time is what creates real trust, real collaboration, and the most meaningful relationships. Over the past 4 years, we’ve brought together some of the brightest minds in the world of experience. This is our next evolution — a tightly curated, 6-month journey for those ready to go deeper with a small circle of peers at their level.
