As most of you know, a wonderful thing occurred in May, and I sold the San Antonio gym to Erine and Jeremy Veit. Erine is the perfect person to take the reigns at the gym as she is an Aerial Athletics alumni - She was my athlete and became head coach and the gym manager. When Steve and Kim Waples took a chance and gave me a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to carry on what they built, it is now Erine and Jeremy's turn. Erine and Jeremy are already carrying on everything great about Aerial Athletics and making it even better with their flare as Southern Gymnastics Club.
With the sale of the gym came the end of a 20+ year era and the Aerial Athletics Competitive Team. While there won't be any more Aerial Athletics athletes competing in competitions, I love the idea that alumni - athletes, coaches, and parents - can converge on this page to share stories, pics, and videos from the past two decades and post life updates so we can all connect out of the gym. I cherish you, your journeys, and all you brought into and carried outside the gym. Please know that you are important to me no matter how many months, years, or decades you spent at Aerial Athletics. Mike and I plan to host an Alumni brunch in San Antonio on December 23rd, so please mark your calendars. We would love to see you and catch up!
