Remember every Thursday from Trek formerly Bike World in Alamo Heights fun ride with strong folks and training emphasized. Thirty miles to the tree each week.

Early this morning, this crew came together and took to the streets for some smiles and miles (50 miler). The hilly route in Alamo Heights was a hit, particularly for Kelly, our newbie cyclist who survived his first TPC ride. We redefined the term 'a fun ride' en route and stayed together throughout. The humidity was somewhat balanced by gentle breezes.
We had some impromptu seat adjustments, tire re-inflation and brake cabling management but these folks were handy and ready!

Thursdays from Trek is the place to be! Powerful forces in peloton formation with 19 holding strong. Great ride overall amongst fierce riders along with a few returning folks we hadn’t seen in some time. Great seeing all and riding our hearts out alongside them.

Looking forward to next week from King William and invite all teams to join us for a lickety split ride to the tree and back. 👍🏼

Thursdays from Trek had a small but cozy group of 6. We veered off course and rode through downtown past La Villita, Hemisphere Park and Alamo Plaza (restricted cycling) with the extension meeting the tree. Great temps at roughly 78 degrees and a breeze that was manageable. Thanks to those that rode!
