Hi, I’m Dena — mixed media artist, mindset coach, workshop facilitator, and the creative force behind SoulLab Studios. I create vision board experiences, brainstorming sessions, and community-centered workshops designed to help women reconnect with themselves, their goals, and their creativity.

What started as a simple creative outlet has grown into spaces where people gather, dream bigger, and take intentional steps toward the life they want.

HERword is a seasonal creative gathering presented by SoulLAB Studios x A Keepsake Co. It’s designed to help women pause, reflect, and reconnect with their vision throughout the year.

Instead of waiting until January to reset your goals, HERword: Vision Board & Custom Keepsake Experience- creates intentional space every season to check in with yourself, realign, and dream forward in community.

Join us for an evening of vision boarding, creativity, conversation, and personalized keepsakes in a cozy tea-party inspired setting.

This Summer HERword experience includes a guided vision board workshop with all supplies provided lead by Mindset Coach Younkin. Guests are also welcome to bring personal photos, quotes, or meaningful items to incorporate into their boards.

One of the most meaningful parts of the evening is the optional engraved keepsake experience by A Keepsake Co.

During the visioning process, many guests naturally uncover a word, phrase, or intention that reflects the season they are stepping into- something grounding, aspirational, healing, empowering, or deeply personal.

Guests have the option to add a custom laser engraved keepsake during checkout or purchase one onsite during the event. The keepsake becomes a tangible reminder of the vision, energy, and intention they are choosing to carry forward beyond the workshop.

HERword is designed as an ongoing seasonal experience happening every three months, allowing women to revisit their goals, intentions, personal growth, creativity, wellness, business dreams, and life vision in real time and not just once a year.

A Summer + Fall bundle option is available for guests who would like to reserve both the June and September experiences together.

Perfect for women seeking creative inspiration, mindset support, community connection, intentional living, and meaningful experiences in San Antonio.

I always tell my clients to lean into the way they want to feel.

Flip through the pages… what speaks to you?
Is it an image, a color, a word?

Collect those feelings. Create with them. Place them on your board.

Then put your board somewhere you’ll see it every day—next to your bathroom mirror, in your office… somewhere visible.

Let it remind you. Let it evoke the way you want to feel.

The word of the year vision board event led by Dena is a safe space where she helps you intuitively get in touch with your creative side. By gently guiding you with specific questions geared toward helping your thought process and creativity.
