Mandy and Hendrix having a good time Monday night backstage at the REK fan appreciation concert.
Just wanted to post this and even though it was fan appreciation show my kids and I want to thank Floores country store and the legendary REK for such a badass show. There were so many guest appearances by so many great musicians. I've seen so many concerts in the last 20 years and after a while it's easy to lose track of them all but I really enjoyed this show and had a real moment of nostalgia that took me back to when my pops had me working my first gig at the luckenbach 4th of July picnic when I was 9years old getting to drive the artists in the shuttle cart from their bus to the stage and back all day.
Good times then and good times now.
What more could anyone ask for?
