Setups: Surround sound projection and visual effects for crowds up to 250 people enclosed and up to 125 people outside. Setups may vary with the style of seating. We will work with any of the 10 traditional seating styles: Classroom, Theater (Stage), Herringbone, U-Shape, Horseshoe, Hollow Square, Boardroom, Banquet, Cabaret, and Cocktail (include sofas and chairs for a Lounge Zone feel). Insurance and Deposit
Insurance plan is charged daily at a rate equal to 10% of total equipment rental cost per day. 25% of the total insurance premium shall be returned if equipment is returned unharmed. The deposit is 50% of total invoice. Terms and conditions apply. Package Deals:
