Hi all. I have several hotels as host hotels. I'm wanting to hold the dinner elsewhere so negotiating but will go with hotel ballroom if negotiations don't produce results for all parties. (Keeping things nice but budget friendly). Hotels are with IHG, Best Western and working on 2 Air B&B for those who want to split the cost and stay together. Hope this helps
