Chef Jennifer Be and Chef have collaborated To create an intersectional menu that showcases both of our passions. Together we rise baby!

There will be many amazing vendors and cultural performances sure to hit you right in your heart's center.

Today at for the last day of the Holiday Market. Here till 7pm!

Come grab a plate of Plato Tipico, A typical salvadorian plate consisting of casamianto which is the marriage of beans and rice, avocado, fried plantain, fresh Latin cheese, Latin-American sour cream, and tortillas. Muy deliciosa!!!

🔥Surprise Pop-up tonight in Arcata!! 🔥
Casamiento will be out serving Khmer Beef and Chicken Banh Mis from 7-10 pm (or until sell out) on the Arcata plaza!!

Old Town's 4th of July festivities. You can catch me offering Chicken Bahn Mis and Khmer Beef Banh Mi! I will be out WALKING armed with a case full sandwiches around 6pm! I hope to catch you or you me💖 Don't be afraid to chase me. Lol!

Come on out to Sequoia Park from 3 to 10 today to Celebrate Juneteenth!! CASAMIENTO and other local POC buisnesses will be there! There will also be performances, games, workshop's, and friends! Come on down, enjoy yourself, and connect on this beautiful summer day.

🔥Pupusas are as hot as the weather☀️ this week!! Casamiento will be serving up these babes at June's Arts Arcata! Come and get your Salvadoran pupusas served with curtido and salsa roja! I'm sure they will be selling like hot cakes ,so come early before we sell out!! 🥞 6-9pm on the plaza!

What's a pupusa you ask?? Pupusas originate from El Salvador in Central America. They are comprised of a thick masa, made from corn flour, that is stuffed with various ingredients. We will be serving them the traditional 'revuelta' style which is chicahrron (fried pork) frijoles (beans), and cheese. As well as a vegetarian option with frijoles(beans) and cheese and also ones with just beans(no animal product)💗 These of course are naturally gluten free! Served with Curtido, which is a Salvadoran cabbage slaw and a tomato salsa! Que sabrosa!

🌽We will also be serving ELOTES con todo, sweet street style corn with all the fixings. Butter, mayo, cojita, chili, and hot sauce.🌽

And as always our Khmer beef Banh Mi!🥖marinated and grilled local beef, served on a baguette with fresh cilantro, fresh jalapeno, cucumber, and pickled daikon and carrot. YUM!

Pop up in Arcata tonight! We will be near the Plaza! 7:30pm- 10:30pm💖

Tonight will be offering elotes con Todo! Which means sweet street style corn with everything. You'll have your choice of butter, mayo, cheese blend, tajin, tapatio, and/or chili.

We will of course be offering our usual Khmer Banh Mi which is grilled marinated beef served on a baguette with fresh cucumber, cilantro, jalapeno, and pickled daikon and carrot. Sooo yummy💖

Todays pop up is a fundraiser to assist Casamiento into moving into a better kitchen. THANK YOU TO everyone who comes out and supports my efforts, my dreams, as this is a one-woman show and I couldn't do it without you. Much love!!

I will also have Justice for Josiah shirts and buttons available to raise funds that 100% will go towards the efforts in seeking legal justice towards the murder of David Josiah Lawson.

💖🔥PAN CON CHUMPE!!🔥💖
We will be serving Pan con Chumpe/Pavo this Saturday in Eureka during Arts Alive 6pm-9pm!!

THIS SALVADORAN DELICIOUSNESS IS TRADITIONALLY REFERERED TO AS Pan con Chumpe, it is also known as Pan con Pavo or Pan con Pollo. The literal translation is 'bread with turkey'.

The bird used is marinated in herbs and spices, similar to that of Salvadoran tamales de pollo, and sauced every 30 minute while it bakes to perfection. Served on French bread or a baguette, piled with pickled veggies 'Curtido', lettuce, radish, tomato, cilantro, and drizzled with the flavorful roasted salcita (sauce). LIKE NOTHING YOUVE EVER TASTED BEFORE AND IT IS SURE TO FIND A HOME IN YOUR HEART. 💖💖

Pan con Chumpe is a labor of love. In the states it is reserved for special occasions and holidays. When I was younger I couldn't wait once a year for my favorite Tia's Pan con Pavo!! 😍🔥I was always requesting it! NOW, HERE, IN HUMBOLDT COUNTY, ya'll can have a little bit of Pavo in this HOME we share together. It's spring, the sun is out, and that's certainly a celebration!! Can't wait to see ya'll there!
