The Saturday Properties Surf Club has officially crossed the finish line at Revelry in Madison!
Four days. 304 miles. Hills conquered. Historic trails explored. Tunnels navigated. Dance breaks celebrated. And now - MISSION ACCOMPLISHED!
From our home office to our newest community at Revelry - this incredible team has literally traveled the journey of Saturday Properties’ 10-year story while honoring Tighe’s memory every single mile.
What started as a celebration of our anniversary became something so much more - a testament to teamwork, determination, and the power of riding for something bigger than yourself.
The Surf Club didn’t just finish this ride - they absolutely dominated it with heart, humor, and pure Saturday Properties spirit.

It's hard to believe the moment is finally here. Tomorrow morning, our Saturday Properties Surf Club embarks on the 290-mile journey we've been preparing for - four days that will take us from our home office all the way to Revelry in Madison.

Tonight, there's an electric energy in the air. Bikes have been given their final tune-ups, gear bags are packed and ready, route maps have been reviewed one last time. Our riders are as prepared as they'll ever be for this incredible adventure.

Over the past weeks, we've watched this team train together, laugh together, and build the camaraderie that will carry them 290 miles. From spontaneous dance breaks during training to stopping for turtles on the trail, this group has shown they know how to find joy in the journey - exactly what Tighe Rogers would have loved.

Tomorrow isn't just about celebrating Saturday Properties' 10th anniversary. It's about honoring Tighe's memory, supporting the Tough Like Tighe Foundation, and proving that when this team comes together for something meaningful, magic happens.

The countdown is over. The adventure begins right after sunrise. To our Surf Club: Rest up tonight. Tomorrow, you make history, not even the turtles will stop you.

🚴‍♂️ 76 Miles, Countless Laughs, and Some Seriously Epic Dance Breaks

Yesterday was one of those training days that perfectly captured why we're doing Saturday Rides to Madison - it's not just about the miles, it's about the joy we find in the journey!

Our team tackled 76 miles on electric bikes, and let's just say our "enthusiasm for biking" was off the charts. Between serious training miles, we found time for spontaneous dance breaks, plenty of laughter, and reminders of why this whole adventure feels so right.

There's something magical about combining the power of e-bikes with the energy of a team that genuinely loves what they're doing. Seventy-six miles flew by (literally and figuratively!) as we made our way through beautiful scenery, supported each other through challenging stretches, and celebrated every small victory along the way.

The numbers: 76 miles ✅ Multiple dance breaks ✅ Team spirit through the roof ✅

Every mile brings us closer to our goal of raising funds for Tough Like Tighe Foundation, and every moment like yesterday reminds us why this journey is so meaningful.

What happens when you combine leadership team training rides with property visits? An amazing day exploring the Minneapolis-Saint Paul metro area on two wheels!

Yesterday, our Saturday Properties surf club logged serious miles while stopping by several of our communities throughout the Twin Cities. It was the perfect way to combine training for our 290-mile September ride with celebrating the properties and communities we've built over our 10 years in business.

There's something special about seeing your work from the seat of a bike - it gives you a different perspective on the neighborhoods and communities we're proud to be part of. Plus, our leaders are getting those miles in as we prepare for the Saturday Rides to Madison journey!

Our team is hitting the trails hard, preparing for our 290-mile journey to Madison this September! As Saturday Properties celebrates 10 years in business, we're combining this milestone with something meaningful - raising funds for the Tough Like Tighe foundation in memory of Tighe Rogers.

Every training ride reminds us why we're doing this. Tighe taught everyone around him about working relentlessly on a skill and finding enjoyment in the grind - values that feel especially meaningful as we prepare for this challenge.

From sunrise rides to weekend trail sessions, our riders are putting in the work. The miles are adding up, and so is our excitement for September!
