Full western attire is not required, however, feel free to wear your cowboy shirts and hats as we will have a photographer and videographer. Cowboy boots and jeans are required.

There will be 2 ways to pay -
1) With a credit or debit card. After filling out your entry form and clicking "Submit" another screen will come up, click on the payment link and pay with your credit or debit card. Charges on your credit and/or debit card for entry fees will show on your statement as a charge from JFVideo. JFVideo is owned by Jeff and Stacey Freitas who produce Pink Flamingo Frenzy Barrel Race.
2) To avoid convenience fees, you may pay with a check. After filling out your entry form and clicking "Submit" another screen will come up, click on the payment link to see your "total amount due". Write your check for the total amount due minus the convenience fee. and mail to Stacey Freitas 29191 Jacktone Road, Galt, CA 95632. Checks for the full entry amount must be received by 8-23-23. IMPORTANT - If we do not receive your check by 8-23-23 you will not be entered. Pre entries paid with a credit or debit card close 8-28-23 at 7pm. First 100 contestants to enter the Open and pay in full for both days will receive a Pink Flamingo Frenzy ball cap courtesy of Shadle Insurance. Schedule (subject to change)

Cash Only at the race. Checks and awards approximately 20 minutes after the race ends. Must be present for awards, may not have someone stand in, awards will not roll down to the next person, awards will not be shipped. ALL ties will be broken via roll of the dice. Our local sponsor will be at the awards presentation, and he will love getting to meet you. This will be a great opportunity to thank him in person for his generosity. Please know the generosity of sponsors is what makes it possible to give away awesome awards. Interim average results will be posted throughout the day. All check winners must complete and sign a W9 before check(s) will be released.
70% payback on vet/med outs. Vet/med outs will be accepted via email to [email protected] or at entry office until 8am Saturday, September 2nd. Credit card, transaction, convenience, and processing fees are non-refundable.

If you want to park and stall by your family/friends, it is highly recommended to pull in at the same time. No saving stalls and/or RV spots. All paid stalls and RV spots must have a tag on it, otherwise it is available for anyone who paid to use it. Portable pens and tying up are not allowed. All horses staying overnight must be in a paid stall. Shavings and hay available on-site at the feed and tack store. Diamond Bar Arena Cook Shack will be open with breakfast burritos, hamburgers, hot dogs and more. Squares Bake Shop will be on-site to satisfy your sweet tooth.
