As all things have a beginning, they also have an ending. I have been involved and doing festivals and concerts for over 15 years and it is time for me to retire. The great thing is that the Sacramento Vegan Food Festival will continue but will be done by my friend Zion Taddese of Queen Sheba. Zion has one of the very first all Vegan restaurants in Sacramento and has experience in organizing events. She will do a great job with the Festival. Please support her and look for a great Sacramento Vegan Food Festival 2024. Thank you all that supported this Festival. The baton has been handed off. 🙏

Just got word that Chef Ernesto Delgado will be doing a special presentation on the history and various ways of cooking Nopales (Cactus). I Love Nopales/Cactus and can't wait for this presentation!!

Chef Ivy from Vegan Me Now, prepared amazing Plant-Based Chickn made from Oyster Mushrooms, a wonderful Vegan Burger, Vegan Rib Sandwich and Some Cabbage Rolls. All this will be available at the Sacramento's Vegan Food Festival
