I was highly hesitant to acknowledge this piece of trash’s “admission” post.

99.9% of what he says is either fabricated, embellished or extremely misleading.

Tarantula Trust Fund as a grouping of words was first said by Bradley Hessel while he was spouting out random s**t trying his hardest to be funny. It was a random three words in a paragraph of random s**t he was saying.
He didn’t think twice about the phrase until I said out loud “Tarantula Trust Fund, that would be a good band name”

So who really came up with the name? 🤔

“A “math rock” band that only plays in 4/4” dude our song Rain has 5 time signatures in that song alone 😂

Just goes to show ya, you let someone stay on your couch for months rent free out of the kindness of your heart and they’ll act like the only relation we had was me “stealing” idea 💀

Sunday, we venture up to Corvallis to hit up with PG and the legendary .theband - this’ll be our second time in corvo so we hope the show pops off 🔥🙏

Last but most certainly not least - SOMAF will be June 7th, the thing we’ve been planning for the better part of 2025. Yall really do not wanna miss this one. Every band is gonna kill it. Amazing art vendors. Good food trucks. Better friends. Can’t wait to see yall there ❤️

If y’all didn’t notice - We’ve been pretty low profile lately. This year has been a busy one nonetheless.

We recently recorded a new project with 8 unreleased tracks at and are currently saving funds to get it professionally mixed and mastered.

We’ve been cooking up some spicy new songs as well 👀

In addition, the organization of SOMAF 2 has taken a lot of time and effort.

But now, it’s time to start grinding shows again. We got HELLA stuff coming up here in May/June, we hope to see you at one of the shows - Especially SOMAF, come see what we’ve been working so hard on! 💯🙏

The Southern Oregon Music & Art Festival year 2 is happening June 7th here in Roseburg Or at Urban Blendz.

This festival is meant to highlight the amazing talent here in Southern Oregon. Come join us in celebrating art and music.

TODAY! Saturday, March 22, we’re opening early for an ALL AGES 5-band springtime extravaganza of emo, grunge, indie, and power-pop madness:

5pm local math-rock / emo magicians Tarantula Trust Fund kick the show into gear

6pm Oregon power-pop boppers Thunderchud promise to rock off your socks with their high-energy anthems and relentlessly fun grooves on their Dead Dinosaurs Tour

7pm Philly’s quirky indie-pop powerhouse Madska invites you to dance, hug, and shed a nostalgic tear

8pm New Jersey’s pop-punk / indie-rock outfit Hit Like a Girl channel lovelorn woes into stellar arrangements of beefy riffs and rollicking drums

9pm the PNW’s Midnight Morning oozes with raw grunge and melodic punk both nostalgic and fresh, closing the show with their timeless songs and sounds.

This event is ALL AGES and $12 to attend. Online ticket sales closed at noon today, or you can purchase $12 physical presale tickets today with cash today at Reverie Record Shop or we will have tickets available at the door at 4:00pm (cash or card) until they sell out. The doors open at 4pm, and the show will begin around 5:00pm. A few things to know for the show:

🕰 Doors open at 4:00pm and the show begins at 5:00pm.
🎟 If you purchased an online presale ticket, bring your printed or digital ticket and your valid ID with you. Tonight's show is ALL AGES. Tickets are $12.
🪑 We have limited seating available downstairs as well as limited seating upstairs in our Mezzanine for tonight's show, and plenty of open room. Seating is first-come-first-serve. If you require a chair, please let a staff member know.
🍕 You can bring in your food or ask us about Old Soul Pizza by the slice.
🥃 We have a full bar with a limited selection of beers, local wines, spirits, and non-alcoholic beverages.
