Confluence Rome Confluence is an innovation event in Rome and Northwest Georgia hosted by the Rome Floyd Chamber. Eight of these events took place since 2000 under that name.

Join us for one day of inspiration, innovation, and motivation for leaders, small business owners, technologists, educators, entrepreneurs, students, and artists. Confluence is northwest Georgia’s technology innovation event hosted in Rome, Georgia where thought leaders gather to promote a culture of innovation and creative problem solving. The event brings together attendees from northwest Georgi

a, southern Tennessee, eastern Alabama, and metro Atlanta to hear regional and national speakers. Confluence is conceived from the ground up to be the must-attend event for anyone from the executive of the largest organization to a small business owner to marketing professional to engineer, solopreneur, student and everyone in between. The vision of Confluence is to create a culture of innovation and creative problem solving:

- through exposure to inspiring ideas, businesses, and processes
- by bringing together leaders, technologists, and entrepreneurs
- by showcasing disruptive ideas and experiences

The community-based event is planned and executed by the Greater Rome Chamber of Commerce and a large volunteer committee representing all aspects of the community. It is designed to:

- share insights on emerging trends
- promote innovation in the region
- energize the local startup community
