The Hooked on Health 5K is happening bright and early tomorrow, so, we’re getting everything ready for a beautiful morning to kick off our first annual Hooked on Health.

There’s something really special about the people who show up for their community again and again and Bay Area Brewing Company Rockport is exactly that. 🤍

We’re so excited to have them at Hooked on Health, bringing some fun, elevated options you don’t see everywhere. Think low sugar wines, professionally tested beers with nutrition and gluten details, and a lineup of functional mocktails and cocktails that feel just as good as they taste.

And behind it all, Diedra Amaya and husband Will. Truly a powerhouse duo in this community. The way they support, connect, and help bring things to life doesn’t go unnoticed. Diedra has taken on the role of Food & Beverage Committee Chair and is curating such an intentional lineup for the event.

You’ll see incredible additions like The Shores Nutrition serving up healthy drinks, and Gabriela’s Food Truck with a build-your-own charcuterie bar (yes, it’s as good as it sounds).

We’re just really grateful. For the support, the energy, and the heart behind it all. This is what community looks like.

From skincare and nutrition to fitness, recovery, and holistic care, this is your opportunity to meet the people behind the services and explore what’s available right here in our community.

The Expo Hall and Farmers Market open at 9:00 AM after the race kickoff.

It’s almost time, Rockport. 💛 This weekend, we come together for the first-ever Hooked on Health, a full day of movement, learning, and connection designed to highlight the wellness resources right here in our community.

🏃 Start your morning at the starting line 🏃
- 5K at 8:00 AM | 1-Mile Fun Run at 8:30 AM
- *Timed for those tracking goals but open to all levels
- $35 to register (increases to $45 day-of)
- Limited race shirts available (youth–adult, not guaranteed)
- Kids 5 & under are free

🧘 Then stay and experience the rest of the day 🧘
- 9:00 AM – Expo Hall + Farmers Market opens
- Classes including yoga, pilates, zumba, strength & more
- Wellness talks on hormones, joint health, and holistic care
- Cooking + nutrition sessions with Kayla Butts
- Nibbles on the lawn from 11–2

This day is about more than wellness, it’s about showing up for our community and supporting local nonprofits that do the same every day.
