Rochester Chapter of Certified Football Officials was founded in 1925 and serves varsity high school (New York State Section 5), sub-varsity and youth football in Rochester, New York and surrounding areas of Monroe, Orleans, Genesee, Livingston, Wyoming, Allegany, and Steuben counties. Our membership is comprised of approximately 150 officials in Active, Senior Associate, Associate and Candidate s

tatus, and we welcome new candidates and transfers. Our Chapter has produced outstanding officials, may who have advanced to and currently work in Division 1, the United Football League and the NFL. These men have worked state championships, college bowl games and NFL playoffs, including and NFC Championship. They are enshrined in our local Section V and various college Halls of Fame
