Getting to coach & be alongside for these last two years has been the absolute best! He’s a hard worker, a leader & keeps me laughing. Picked me & teammates up on tough days. I’m going to miss the heck out him next year. Not just because he’s a massively talented goalkeeper-gosh-I love this kid.

& it suits him perfectly. He’s changed me. Made me a better person. Day after day. I love him & want to be better because he is my guy. Happiest of days every year. I wish everyone got to know him.

I’ve been blessed doubly because I have a great dad too. The Colonel is the kind of dad who always thinks I’m on the precipice of the “next big thing”. Belief. Courage. Endurance. He has instilled more in me than is possible to describe. I’m sure .lamb dressed us for this Olan Mills day, but dad was down for it!

It’s our Lucy’s 14th birthday today! It’s hard to describe how great she is-funny, smart, quick wit. She’s blessed our family the first minute & 14 years had gone by in a flash. It’s the best being her mom. I get to have in her in my life, cheering her on every day. It’s the best 🥰😘.
