The Nipa Haus Is Coming Back!

It’s been a minute since you’ve seen me in your feed (okay… since 2021), but I've been cooking up something BIG.

The Nipa Haus is officially rolling back into action, but this time I'm teaming up with The Gamja Hotdog (run by my amazing sister) to bring the ultimate Filipino Fusion x Korean street food experience.

📍Reno, Nevada - 2026. Mark your calendars, because that’s when the flavors hit the streets. That right - a food truck!

Production on the truck starts within the next week (yes, it’s happening!), and we can’t wait to serve you these killer Gamja dogs, fusion plates, and everything in between.
