Cross posting an upcoming community event!

The countdown is on for a night with a little jazz, a little glamour, and a whole lot of community spirit.

Dry Canyon Arts Association’s Speakeasy for a Roaring Good Time Fundraiser is happening Saturday, October 3 from 5 to 9 pm at the Dry Canyon Community Art Center, and this is one you’ll want on your calendar.

Expect live music, games, cocktails by Gompers Distillery, a catered buffet, an art raffle, and plenty of Roaring Twenties fun. Come in costume for the speakeasy costume contest, where the winner receives a custom portrait painted by Joy Woodburn.

Tickets are $100 each, with only 80 available, and proceeds support DCAA programs that bring more art, education, exhibits, classes, and creative connection to our community.

Dust off the pearls, shine up the shoes, and join us for an unforgettable evening in support of local art.
