It’s hard to find the words for how saddened I was to learn about your loss. Your father was an incredible man. You have my condolences. I’m thinking of you and your family during this time. Steven Paul Watson is one of my exhibitors who I’m fortunate enough to now call my friend. Please keep him and his family in your thoughts and prayers.

Due to ongoing issues with some of the management at the Appalachian Wireless Arena, the city of Pikeville no longer wants me to host the show there. Each year, I face challenges with the arena, but this year, the city demanded that I collect a $5.00 fee from each vendor for a one-day business license. Although I don’t agree with this fee, I would have complied if I had been informed in January when I reserved the date for the 2024 convention. Unfortunately, an employee in management failed to inform me both last year (which the arena rightfully paid) and this year, and I only learned of this new rule two weeks before the show.

I refused to collect this fee from my vendors, as they had already signed contracts for a set price, which I believed included all necessary costs. Despite this, I was charged $5.00 per vendor and reluctantly paid it, expressing my frustration over the lack of communication and professionalism. I reached out to the city government to share my frustrations and was never contacted. When I tried to reserve a new date for next year, I was informed that the city of Pikeville does not want the convention to return.

I’ll keep you posted with updates about the 2025 show. Thank you to all of my vendors and convention guests for your continued support.

Come out for our kids and adult COSPLAY competition. Kids cosplay starts at 5pm with adults following. Cash and trophy for each winner.

Here’s the list of vendors and the floor layout.

A few things to keep in mind for attending the show.

No large bags are allowed
No weapons of any kind
No alcohol

Some vendors don’t take credit cards. There is an ATM near the main entrance. There are also two across the street on Main Street.

This is a public event so please practice good hygiene.

Arn Anderson will be available for autographs and photo ops from 9am - 2pm.

Lex Luger will be available for autographs and photo ops from 9am - TBD.

Make sure to come out early enough to get your autographs and photo ops with these two. Lex will stay all day if he’s busy but it would be best to plan to be there early to make sure you don’t miss him.

Miko Hughes will be available for autographs and photo ops from 9am - 5pm. He will take a short lunch break around 12pm.
