Blue Water Traditional Pow Wow

Blue Water Traditional Pow Wow Annually on the 3rd Saturday of August, celebrating the Indigenous Community of the Blue Water Area. Want to get involved? Miigwech / Thank you for your support.

About the Blue Water Traditional Pow Wow
The Blue Water Traditional Pow Wow is a community-led celebration of Indigenous culture, spirit, and resilience—hosted with care and dedication by the Blue Water Pow Wow Committee. Rooted in tradition and guided by community voices, the pow wow brings together dancers, drummers, elders, vendors, and guests from all walks of life to honor and uplift Indigeno

us heritage. This annual gathering (every 3rd Saturday in August) is a grass roots and fully volunteer-driven event. Every dollar raised—from donations, sponsorships, and fundraising efforts—goes directly toward making the pow wow possible each year and sustaining its future. We are committed to creating a welcoming, respectful space where culture is celebrated, shared, and passed on to future generations. We welcome new committee members, volunteers, and supporters! Whether you bring organizing skills, ideas, or simply a passion for community and culture, your presence is valued and appreciated. Together, we carry this tradition forward.
