Nitty Gritty film fest NGFF aims to highlight performance artists of all types during a day based around a love for short films.

We are a registered 501(c)(3) working to promote artistic works, and also providing support to venues that provide a place for artists to shine.

Tough end result for OKC fans on Saturday night, no doubt about it. However, the NGFF crew hung together for the game for our first ever “Spoiler Alert: a movie trivia bingo game” and were able to provide a better end result for some of the contestants because of our amazing local donation sponsors!

Winners were:

(Put Me In, Coach) Jennifer Yates - 1 hr court time for 4 + 2 free appetizers N Pickle

(Plot Pitch Glitch) Matt Kolar (yes, again) - 4 free passes to .drivein

Thank you to Core4 for hosting us, thank you to our generous donors, and thank you to everyone for coming to stick it out for some laughs during a stressful game night, it was a blast.

Keep your eyes peeled for upcoming get-togethers; we didn’t get to enjoy anyone being subjected to wearing a dunce cap this game, so we are aiming to gather for another outing as soon as the end of this month. 🫀🎞️

We have been working on an epic idea to gather nerds together for movie trivia fun, and we have it ready! We have been gifted some awesome…no; AMAZING prizes you don’t want to miss out on. We can guarantee they are all definitely worth your time and brain 🧠 power.

This was designed to be fun for trivia fiends of all types and skill levels, so be sure to wear your thinking cap because if you don’t you might just end up wearing one we provide you with.

This is a fundraiser for the Nitty Gritty Film Festival, and Core4 Brewing Co has been kind enough to host us for this event, so we would love to see you join us for some drinks and fun to support the arts. We can’t wait / hope to see you there!

We are open for 🆓 , I repeat 🆓 submissions right now.
Full transparency, we have been receiving a surprising number of films over the past few days, but zeeeero Oklahoma films. As we are an Oklahoma based festival, we’d like to change that.

If you have a short, old or new, submit it. If you know someone who has a short, please consider passing word along. We want to see some Oklahoma films thrown in!

Just wanted to make mention real quick that today marks day 1️⃣ for year🥈of the NGFF and we have opened free submissions back up to kick things off. If you or someone you know have a short film, or a music video you’d like to submit to this year’s festival, go ahead and get it in while it’s 🆓.

We are excited to see what kind of creative creations get thrown our way this year!
