It’s almost time to plan Novemberfest 2020!!!!!!
We will have a meeting sometime in May- hopefully in person (if not- we can try Zoom).

If you want to be part of the biggest and best festival to hit Arkansas in years... then let us know! Last year, over 5,000 people enjoyed the weekend full of fun. This year will be BIGGER AND BETTER!!!

Calling all young artists! We know your stuck indoors! Here’s something for you to do! The Novemberfest committee loves the arts! We want you to get your ideas together and design the label for the Novemberfest 2020 Candles. All entries can be privately messaged to this account or mailed to 2479 North Thomasville in Pocahontas (attention Novemberfest).

Here are the rules!!!

Open to anyone 13 years old or younger

No blank spaces! Color in everything!

Must Include “Novemberfest 2020” somewhere!

Must include the state of Arkansas in some way
(And remember we love turkeys and pumpkins but they aren’t required)

Messaged pics needs to include the name of the artist, age and phone number (in the message not on the picture)

Mailed pics need to include name, number and age on the back of the drawing!

DEADLINE is May 1st!!!!!

GET BUSY AND HAVE FUN BEING CREATIVE!!!!

We will be having a brainstorming/planning/committee forming meeting for our first ever Founders Month Celebration 2020 (May) on Thursday (January 23rd) at 6pm inside the old courthouse (upstairs office).

If you attended Novemberfest (or even just heard about it), you know how much fun it was! Get involved and be a part of the fun! This will not be a festival, but a month long celebration of our founding fathers and our communities awesome history. We hope to have a lecture, a tour and a few other new and exciting activities.

Once we lay out the schedule and events, we will create a Founders Month Celebration page.
