They say it takes a village… That statement may usually refer to raising children, but it certainly applies to running a business too.
Cheers to these two! They showed up at my vendor market to visit and support me, only to end up in a flash flood rainstorm, desperately trying to save my PAPER products from getting ruined. Thank you both. I owe you more than this beer (especially one without the rain water topper).
A special thank you to Jesse for his endless role of helping me pack, loading my car with everything I’d need to set up, plus bins of product (including things I never thought of - a fan, small generator, tools and even a packed lunch & snacks)… all to have to unload and re-load for the next day. And to Scott… for sitting at my dining room table on Saturday night, drying as much product as we could save, so I could pack it up for the next day.
Like they say, it takes a village, and I’m incredibly grateful for mine!
