Our mission is to empower youth through FIBA-Sanctioned 3x3 tournaments, teaching sportsmanship, teamwork, and leadership on and off the court. IBOA 3x3 is a youth basketball program powered by the International Basketball Officials Academy (IBOA). At the ๐ˆ๐๐Ž๐€ ๐Ÿ‘๐ฑ๐Ÿ‘ ๐˜๐จ๐ฎ๐ญ๐ก ๐“๐ซ๐š๐ข๐ง๐ข๐ง๐  ๐‚๐š๐ฆ๐ฉ, players werenโ€™t the only ones learning โ€” referees were learning too while assisting the players. ๐Ÿ’ช

From play calling to court coverage and 3x3 mechanics, this was growth in action. Players gained confidence in the FIBA 3x3 rules, and officials sharpened their skills by guiding them through real-game situations. ๐ŸŒŸ
